This Contract is a legal and binding agreement

By signing this agreement, I the renter understand my obligation to fulfill the extent of this contract with the Fridley VFW. I have been furnished with a copy of the rental rules and requirements and realize the violation of such rules may result in the immediate voiding of this agreement and forfeiture of any monies paid in rental or damage deposits

Purchasing and Consuming Beverages

  1. All beverages consumed must be furnished by Fridley VFW 363. No outside containers allowed.
  2. All persons consuming alcoholic beverages must be 21 years of age and may be asked to furnish proper ID to prove age.
  3. Any person found furnishing alcohol to a minor will be asked to leave premises immediately.
  4. Any minor found consuming alcohol will be asked to leave premises immediately.
  5. No beverages may be taken outside.
  6. Staff has the right, by law, to refuse service to anyone at anytime.

General Rules and Conduct

  1. Renters are ultimately responsible for all guest in their party.
  2. Fighting or damage to property will result in immediate ejection from the premises and may result in loss of security deposits.
  3. Outside catering is discouraged. Contact Bar Manager or Catering for possible exceptions to the rules.
  4. Decorating is allowed and welcome. We will make every effort to allow access to the as early as possible for decorating. Items may be hung from the walls, pillars, bar area and doors. No items may be hung from the ceiling grid or sprinkler heads. Damage may result in loss of damage deposit.
  5. Per fire code, all candles must be enclosed flame votive style candles
  6. No silly string, marbles or confetti allowed.
  7. While your rental includes set up, tear down and clean up of rooms, cleanup of rooms, cleanup deemed excess may result in loss of damage deposit.
  8. Ample parking is available in the front and rear of our building. Please do not block access to the carwash next door or the entrance to the parking lot
  9. Minors are welcome in the large hall through the entirety of the event. They are not allowed in the Rogne Room past 9PM.
  10. The Fridley VFW reserves the right to, at any time, and without notice end any event it deems detrimental to its property or guests.

All Room Rentals require a separate damage deposit ($50 for the Rogne room and $100 for the hall). This deposit is refundable within 7 days of the event but must be made in separate funds.

$100 fee per Bartender (Hall events only)

$100 fee for Security Guard (Hall events only) Non Negotiable

There is a 60 day cancellation policy from the date the contract is signed for a full refund. Any cancellations after 60 days may result in forfeiture of any monies deposited.

Beverage Options

ALL BEVERAGES MUST BE PURCHASED THROUGH FRIDLEY VFW 363

  1. Keg Beer (Michelob Light, Budweiser, Miller Life, Miller Genuine Draft) $200 per keg
    1. Fee includes all taxes and service fees
    2. Kegs must be ordered at least 2 weeks in advance to receive choice.
  2. Pop Service (Includes all fountain beverages $75 per 100 guests
  3. Champagne (Wycliff) $9 per bottle
    1. Other Champagne or wine may be available. Contact Manager
  4. Cash or Open Bar options available. There are also selective bar tabs and drink ticket options available with prices starting at $3.50 per ticket and discounts for multiple purchases.
